A meticulously arranged altar-like shelf featuring a large, open blank journal with creamy textured pages, a smooth rose quartz palm stone, a lit beeswax candle in a frosted glass holder, and a small bundle of dried lavender tied with natural twine. The items rest on a low, light-wood shelf against a matte, soft-sage wall. Late afternoon golden hour light streams in from the left, washing everything in a gentle, warm glow and casting delicate layered shadows. A blurred salt lamp and a ceramic essential oil diffuser glow faintly in the background. Photographic realism, composed using the rule of thirds from a slightly elevated angle, with a calm, inviting atmosphere that suggests reflection, healing, and gentle self-discovery.

Solbound Healing

Solbound is a healing space created by two licensed practitioners who believe deeply in compassion, nervous system literacy, and the power of being truly seen.

Liz, LPC, is a trauma therapist specializing in PTSD, complex trauma, addiction, and the protective patterns people develop to survive.
Shain, LMT, is a licensed medical massage therapist whose work focuses on nervous system regulation, trauma informed bodywork, and helping the body release what it has carried for too long.

Together, we integrate mind, body, and nature based practices so healing can reach every layer of you, not just the cognitive ones. We believe people deserve support that is honest, grounded, and paced gently to their capacity.

At Solbound, you are not a diagnosis or a problem to be fixed. You are a whole human with a story, a nervous system, and a spark that survived everything meant to dim it. Our work is to help you reconnect with yourself, rebuild safely, and remember what has always been yours.

Meet Your Solbound Guide

Solbound is led by two licensed practitioners dedicated to whole-person healing. We combine trauma-informed therapy and nervous-system-focused bodywork to support your mind, body, and story with compassion and clarity.

A tranquil meditation nook featuring a thick, sand-colored floor cushion with visible linen texture, centered on a woven jute rug. A low bamboo side table holds a wooden singing bowl, a closed journal, and a glass of water infused with floating citrus slices and mint. Behind, a large indoor plant with broad, glossy leaves spreads across a white plaster wall. Soft, diffused overcast daylight enters from an unseen window, creating even illumination and soft shadows. Photographic realism, shot from a slightly elevated three-quarter angle with moderate depth of field, keeping all elements crisp. The mood is grounding, nurturing, and spacious, embodying mind-body wellness and the invitation to “find your way back to the light within you.”

Liz Cirrito, LPC

Founder – Licensed Professional Counselor

Liz is a trauma informed therapist who works with individuals navigating PTSD, complex trauma, addiction, grief, and the patterns we develop to survive overwhelming experiences. Her approach blends EMDR-informed strategies, parts work, somatic awareness, and attachment-focused therapy.

Liz believes healing happens through safety, honesty, and connection — not pressure. She meets clients where they are, helping them understand their nervous system, rebuild self trust, and move at a pace that feels supportive rather than overwhelming.

Her work is grounded, intuitive, and deeply human. With Liz, you don’t have to perform or explain everything perfectly. You get to show up exactly as you are.

Shain Larsen, LMT

Co-Founder- Licensed Massage Therapist

Shain is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Co-Founder of Solbound Healing. He works with clients navigating chronic pain, stress, trauma, injury recovery, and the wear-and-tear of simply moving through life in a human body.

His sessions focus on nervous system regulation and sustainable relief helping clients soften out of survival mode and back into a body that feels livable again. His approach blends clinical massage foundations with pain-aware touch, myofascial and muscle-specific work, breathwork, and nervous-system-informed relaxation.

Shain believes bodywork should feel collaborative, never forced, rooted in clear communication, consent, and attunement to what your body is actually ready for that day. Grounded, steady, and practical, Shain creates space where you don’t have to “tough it out” or minimize what hurts.

You’re welcome to ask questions, set boundaries, and move slowly. His intention is simple: to help you feel safer, more supported, and more at home in your own body.
